All freight-forwarding and related services provided by WN Shipping UK Ltd are subject to the British International Freight Association Standard Trading Conditions 2017 (BIFA STC 2017).
These are the industry-standard contractual terms under which UK freight forwarders operate. They cover the scope of our responsibilities, limitations of liability, your obligations, lien rights and jurisdiction.

Cargo is not insured by us unless you expressly instruct us in writing and we confirm in writing. Under BIFA STC 2017 our liability is capped per kilogram and we strongly recommend you arrange goods-in-transit insurance. We can place cover through approved underwriters on request.
